Therapeutic effects:

Kamagra is a well-known ED medication containing sildenafil citrate as an active ingredient. Sildenafil is a potent selective inhibitor of cyclic GMP-specific PDE5 phosphodiesterase. Realization of physiological mechanism of erection lies in release of nitric oxide in response to sexual stimulation. This leads to increase of cyclic GMP levels in the corpus cavernosum and following relaxation of smooth muscles resulting in firm erection. By blocking PDE5, Sildenafil citrate increases the amount

of blood flow in the cavernous body and thus helps achieve erection satisfactory to perform sexual intercourse.

Cautions and restrictions:

Kamagra is contraindicated for use in the following conditions:

• Women
• Males under 18 years of age
• Concomitant use with Nitrates
• Severe cardiovascular diseases including heart attacks, stroke for the past 6 months, angina, coronary heart disease, low or high blood pressure
• Renal failure
• Severe liver diseases including cirrhosis and hepatitis
• Retinitis pigmentosa, which is a rare eye problem

Kamagra should be used with caution in the following conditions:

• Multiple myeloma
• Sickle cell anemia
• History of priapism
• Anatomical penis deformations such as cavernosal fibrosis, angulation or Peyronie's disease
